5. Who we share data with
We share relevant data with the lenders we introduce applications to, so that they can assess and process finance applications. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Where any of our service providers are located outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision, before any data is transferred.
